These statements describe the proposed curated-beta baseline, not finalized legal terms or a claim of compliance. Public self-service submissions remain locked until policy approval. The owner must approve age handling, creator licensing, retention and escalation procedures.
What this beta provides
AIGameLabs is a browser-first gallery and feedback platform for AI-assisted games. Hosted play is gated by member access or a server-verified guest grant. External showcases link to independent destinations outside that gate. No paid downloads, subscriptions, native executables, multiplayer hosting, arbitrary backends, direct messages or platform-funded inference are offered.
Creator responsibilities and rights
Creators must hold the necessary rights for their builds, generated assets, media and links, supply accurate AI disclosures and compatibility information, and accept a rights declaration when creating a release. A release freezes the exact metadata and build that moderators review. Edits require a new reviewed release, and rollback selects an already approved retained release.
The owner and legal reviewer must approve the hosting/display license, attribution, age/content rules, takedown procedure and applicable legal terms before public submissions. This draft does not invent or grant a final license.
Safety and availability
Moderators can disable games, revoke builds, restrict identities and pause uploads, guest writes or new play sessions. Browser sandboxing and review reduce risk but are not guarantees. Tickets are short-lived bearer capabilities, not DRM. Local saves may be lost; external sites and creator runtime services are not operated or funded by AIGameLabs.
Account and participation
Do not evade restrictions, manipulate ratings or abuse the platform. Account linking is explicit and requires recent authentication. Guest activity claims preserve rating provenance. Deletion and retained evidence follow the approved privacy and retention policy. No legal warranty, dispute forum or eligibility promise is fabricated by this draft.
Contact and escalation
The owner must assign a moderation and rights/takedown escalation contact before launch. In-product reports are available when participation is configured; do not treat this beta as having an operational response-time guarantee.
